DVSCP is a private, non-profit organization that was incorporated in May and has provided 24 hour a day unduplicated services to the communities of Cumberland and Perry counties since midnight on July 28, Vision Statement: We envision DVSCP as a premier organization, not necessarily in its size and facilities, but in the strength of its commitment to the eradication of domestic violence.
Mission Statement: DVSCP supports the empowerment of those who are experiencing domestic violence through the provision of direct services and the promotion of nonviolence through social and systems change.
